Hi Sixth Graders!
Along with my counseling responsibilities, I will also be teaching a Transition course for all 6th grade students that will meet once a week.
There are a lot of changes when going from the elementary to the middle school level and this course will help you transition with ease and develop skills and tools that you can use throughout school and in life.
We will be covering topics, such as: Study Skills, Learning Styles, Bullying, How to become an even better group member, Ethical/Moral Dilemmas, Peer Relationships, Career Exploration, Responsibility, Goal Setting, Acts of Kindness and Team Building.
