Miss Cohen: This is my second year at DeSales Catholic School and I am excited to be back! Along with working here, I am also one of the Board of Directors at Compass House in Buffalo. I received my masters degree in School Counseling from Canisius College back in 2009 and have had experience working at both public and private schools in Western New York as well as Columbia, SC. Along with my role as the School Counselor, I am also the sixth grade transitions teacher. I am starting a new program this year, called Snack Guidance, where I will be going into Grade 1-5 classrooms for a weekly guidance lesson. A goal of mine this year is to increase student success by working through any issues that may interfere with the learning process.
